This particular optic has an elevation issues (hitting 2inches down from its dot at 18yards) and can’t move the dot further downward…
Common approach to this error is to tilt the optic down to compensate the dot to meet the bullet’s point of impact at a certain distance. Finding or modifying a plate mount for this application is a bit pain or worst, reliability issues in the future…
I discovered something that increases the dot travel further down to reliably solve the problem without compromising the reliability issues of the optic itself (but obviously will void warranty), modifying optic’s mechanical functions.. See attached photos.

Note:
This is just a very simple modification but needs a total understanding of mechanical and electronic things combined. Cheers!
